We’ve iterated so many times on tiny details as well as huge features so that the Apps get richer and more efficient but always remain simple and fun to use with every new version.
This nomination comes at a time when we are broadening our scope: our next app, due in T4/2015, will address children and famillies communication needs in a disruptive way, opening new perspectives for a healthier, happier and richier life for children and families around the world, thanks to highly innovative digital solutions. About Jérôme Serre
Jérôme is a passionate French entrepreneur, fascinated by the opportunities offered by the IT, communication and mobile revolutions we are living in now.
Jérôme has a deep experience of the design and implementation of innovation strategies. Jérôme has worked for L’Oreal, where he was responsible for the industrialization of more than 100 new products and re-engineered the new-product launch process, resulting in 30% shorter time to market.
He largely contributed to the design and success of the CNP Lab of CNP Assurances, acknowledged by Forrester Research as one of the best practices in innovation in France.
Jérôme has founded six companies and is active in two today: eduPad (CEO), a startup which addressing the mobile education with 160 Apps used by 5M children in 146 countries, and ExploLab (co-founder and Partner), an innovation consulting company which helps large organizations to design, implement and operate their innovation strategy.
Jérôme has an engineering and marketing background (Mines de Paris and Insead Cedep). He teaches MA-level courses in management of innovation and entrepreneurship at the Sorbonne University in Paris, France.
